1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using StreamRadar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
StreamRadar is a content discovery application that helps you find movies and TV shows across streaming platforms. The App provides:
- Personalized recommendations based on your swipe preferences

StreamRadar is an informational tool. We do not provide streaming content or access to any streaming platform. The App helps you discover where content is available — you need your own subscriptions to watch it.
3. Your Account
To use StreamRadar, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

5. Content & Third-Party Data
Movie and TV show metadata (titles, descriptions, ratings, poster images, genres) is provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch via the TMDB API.
This data is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of streaming availability or content metadata. Availability may change without notice depending on the streaming platforms and your region.
StreamRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any streaming platform (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, or others), TMDB, or JustWatch.
6. Global Mode Disclaimer
StreamRadar's Global Mode shows you where content is available in other countries. This is purely informational — the App does not provide access to content in other regions, does not route your traffic through any server, and does not help you bypass geo-restrictions.
Global Mode simply displays streaming availability data for different countries. How you choose to access content in other regions is your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any streaming platform and any applicable local laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The StreamRadar App, including its design, code, logo, and original content, is owned by StreamRadar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Movie and TV show metadata, images, and related content are the property of their respective owners and are used under the terms of the TMDB API. Streaming platform logos and names are trademarks of their respective companies.
8. Pricing & Future Features
StreamRadar is currently free to use. We may introduce optional premium features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we will clearly communicate pricing and terms before any charges apply. No paid features will be activated without your explicit consent.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Recommendations will match your preferences perfectly
- Streaming availability information will be accurate at the time you check
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamRadar and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, inability to access content, or reliance on streaming availability information.
11. Account Termination
You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Attributions
